Kuril Bobtail
Kuril bobtail is a native breed of cats that have long lived on Sakhalin, the islands of Iturup and Shikotan. With a certain resemblance to the Japanese bobtail, the Kurilian bobtail cat breed is distinguished by a more “wild” appearance and a somewhat larger physique. The Japanese fellow is sleeker and lighter than the Kuril Bobtail, which weighs on average over four kilograms. Continue reading
Canadian Sphynx
The fact that bald cats Sphynx appeared for a long time, confirm the ancient facts. Perhaps even the Aztecs were engaged in their breeding. At the beginning of the twentieth century, at cat shows that took place in America, one could see representatives of the breed disappearing at that time called Mexican Hairless.
